  1. Do you offer international shipping? How much is shipping?
    Yes, we ship EVERYWHERE and offer FREE shipping with any orders over $30USD.

  2. Where do you ship from?
    Our partnered factories are all located in China. If you have ordered multiple items, please expect your items to be shipped separately as different partnered factories specialize in different products. Note: Our shop's currency is all in USD!

  3. How long will it take to receive my order?
    Due to high volume of orders, our process time takes between 1-7 business days before shipment. All deliveries take between 1 week to 3 weeks! However, due to distance between countries, slow local postal services, as well as shipping delays, some shipments can take up to 2 months. This all depends on what you have purchased and where you live! Send us an email if you [email protected] for specific shipment times.

  4. My order still hasn't arrived yet? Even after your "2 Months" promise?
    Even though some parcels arrive quicker than others, some may encounter shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where our products are manufactured (China). Please contact us if your item doesn't arrive by 8 weeks upon your ordering date, we will help you reship your order or refund guaranteed! *This is our promise* :)

  5. I have only received a few items off my order, where are the other items?
    Since our manufactures in China are using different shipping carriers, this will determine on some items arriving earlier than others. Also, often some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you would like to know the status of your order, please contact us through or email us [email protected] with your name and order number.

  6. Are there any possible custom fees?
    We do not hold any responsibility for any custom fees once our items have been dispatched from our warehouses. By purchasing our items, you have given us consent that one or more packages are being sent to you, and may receive a custom fee upon arriving to your country. Please keep in mind that this rarely happens.

  7. Will I receive my item before xxxxxxx?
    Planning to give your order as a gift or holiday occasion gift, than we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the celebrations are happening. There is a HIGH RISK of the item not arriving on time. We do not hold any responsibilites for items that do not arrive before specific dates.
